The MLS Disciplinary Committee has suspended and fined one player following Week 24 of the 2019 MLS regular season.
Katai violent conduct
The Disciplinary Committee has suspended Chicago Fire midfielder Aleksandar Katai an additional game and issued an additional fine of an undisclosed amount for violent conduct in the 27th minute against the Portland Timbers Aug. 14. Katai, who received a red card for the incident, served his first game of the suspension Aug. 17, and will serve the second Aug. 24 against the New England Revolution.
