2016 Team of the Week (Wk 27): Revolution jump back into playoff race

The New England Revolution jumped back into the playoff race this weekend, collecting their second straight win, with Saturday's coming in a 3-1 win against New York City FC.


Diego Fagundez led the way with a goal and an assist, while Gershon Koffie did yeoman's work in the midfield to win the battle against Andrea Pirlo, Frank Lampard & Co.


Juan Agudelo secured a spot on the bench, thanks to his goal and assist.
