No matter how long you’ve been following soccer, there’s always something new to learn about the beautiful game.
That’s the premise Orlando City SC used when building their new “Soccer Smart” section, an online self-help guide targeted at everyone from soccer neophytes (What, exactly, is the offside rule?) to seasoned MLS experts (Just how is allocation money spent?).
The section, which debuted earlier this week, includes five separate verticals: “Soccer 101,” “Tactics,” “League Rules,” “Competitions” and “Learn from the Pros,” which features Orlando City players teaching different techniques and skills in video segments.
