The MLS Disciplinary Committee found both Sporting Kansas City and the Portland Timbers in violation of the league's Mass Confrontation Policy for an incident in the 79th minute of their match on October 3, it was announced on Wednesday.
Portland Timbers midfielder Diego Valeri was fined an undisclosed amount for instigating/escalating the incident (video above).
