Players and jerseys were not the only things unveiled at a D.C. United season-ticket holder event on Saturday afternoon.
The club also took the opportunity to showcase renderings for a stadium the club is hoping to build in the Buzzard Point area of Southwest D.C. The original announcement of the stadium plans came at a joint press conference with local government officials in July 2013.
