The Disciplinary Committee has found both the New York Red Bulls and Toronto FC in violation of the league's mass confrontation policy in the teams' match on November 5. Since it is the Red Bulls' second violation in 2017, they will be issued a fine, as will head coach Jesse Marsch. This is Toronto's first violation of the season, so they will be issued a warning.
