How have Knockout Round teams fared on short rest?

CJ Sapong and Ben Sweat - Philadelphia Union New York City FC - battle for ball

For seven of the eight teams playing in the Knockout Round of the Audi 2018 MLS Cup Playoffs, the turnaround is quick from Decision Day presented by AT&T

Each team besides Real Salt Lake, who were the only MLS club not to have a game on Sunday, will play on short rest. The players will have three or four-day rest, depending if they play Wednesday or Thursday. How have those teams fared on four-day or less rest this season, including weeks impacted by the 2018 U.S. Open Cup?

While RSL are not included due to their extended break, the Timbers won't be as impacted by the quick turnaround because they changed their entire starting XI on Decision Day, resting key players. Unfortunately for them it appears their opponent, FC Dallas, are well-equipped to deal with the short rest.
