Goal of the Matchday

Orlando City's Larin nabs AT&T Goal of the Week with cold-blooded curler

Cyle Larin's good week just got even better.

One day after his unveiling as the No. 1 talent in MLSsoccer.com's 24 Under 24 presented by EA SPORTS, the Orlando City striker has been confirmed as the Week 28 AT&T Goal of the Week winner after a landslide victory over Jordan Morris in the bracket final.

Larin's finish, a rapid-fire curler into the lower corner of Steve Clark's net in OCSC's 4-1 loss to Columbus on Saturday, marks his fourth GOTW triumph this season. The big Canadian's latest effort took 77 percent of the votes cast in the final round, and earned similarly decisive margins in its semifinal (vs. Landon Donovan) and quarterfinal (vs. Jozy Altidore) matchups.

Larin and the Lions resume their playoff push with a visit to D.C. United on Saturday night (7 pm ET; MLS LIVE).
