Goal of the Matchday

Orlando City's Cyle Larin wins AT&T Goal of the Week for Week 21

Cyle Larin just can't stop scoring.

The Orlando City SC forward, who won AT&T Rookie of the Year honors in 2015 with a 17-goal season, is having another fantastic campaign having already scored 11 times. And his most recent strike was good enough to win AT&T Goal of the Week honors for Week 21.

The 21-year-old Canadian international received a square ball from Kaká inside the box and coolly slotted a first-time, left-footed shot into the low, far corner. The goal at the start of the second half evened the scoreline, as Orlando City went on to beat the New England Revolution 3-1.

Larin accrued 59 percent of the vote in the AT&T Goal of the Week final against Real Salt Lake's Joao Plata, after defeating Montreal's Hernan Bernardello and Toronto's Sebastian Giovinco in previous rounds of voting.
