It may seem like a small gesture, but it's not. To those of us who lost friends, loved ones or even acquaintances in last weekend's horrible shooting in Orlando, the gesture shown by US Soccer and Michael Bradley in Thursday night's Copa America quarterfinal against Ecuador is valuable beyond measure:

An armband is worth many more than a thousand words.
In addition to the armband, there was a minute of silence in remembrance of the 49 victims before kick-off.
Orlando City SC have dedicated Saturday's match against San Jose (7:30 pm ET; MLS LIVE) to the #OrlandoUnited effort, and the club's community arm, the Orlando City Foundation, have pledged to donate $100,000 to the City of Orlando's One Orlando Fund.
