Well, that is certainly one way to get attention as a trialist.
Dutch trialist John Goossens scored a highlight reel-worthy golazo in a scrimmage against the University of Portland on Thursday night, where the Chicago Fire walked away with a 1-1 draw. Goossens chested a clearance attempt and then smashed a volley from some 30 yards out into the far post.

The 27-year-old Dutchman signed with Romanian side FC Voluntari last year, but if he keeps scoring goals like that, he could be wearing blue and red in MLS soon.
