Hartman's scrambling stop earns Save of the Week honors

Kevin Hartman dives for shot

Kevin Hartman's nickname is El Gato for a reason.

Danny Mwanga found that out the hard way last weekend. After the ball pinged around in the box, it fell to the Timbers' forward for what appeared to be a game-tying volley. That was until Hartman planted and changed directions in a flash, reaching out to palm the ball off the post. Of course, Portland eventually managed to tie the game, but that fact didn't prevent Hartman from earning his first Save of the Week award of 2012 by a wide margin with 55 percent of the vote.

Columbus' Andy Gruenebaum, Toronto's Milos Kocic, LA's Josh Saunders and Colorado's Matt Pickens all finished within five percentage points of each other but 40 back of the FC Dallas 'keeper in a lopsided week of voting.
