At the ESPY Awards on Wednesday night in Los Angeles, LA Galaxy star Landon Donovan had a banner night, picking up three trophies, including for Best MLS Player, Best Performance Under Pressure and Best Moment.
The awards for the Best Performance Under Pressure and Best Moment were for the last-gasp 1-0 win over Algeria, in which Donovan's stoppage-time goal gave the US both a victory and a ticket to the round of 16.
