The Independent Review Panel has rescided the fines and one-game suspensions issued to a pair of San Jose Earthquakes players for red cards they picked up in Week 19 of MLS action.


Anibal Godoy Red Card - Rescinded



The Panel has rescinded the fine and one game suspension issued to Anibal Godoy after his red card for serious foul play in the 42nd minute of San Jose's 2-1 win over Toronto FC on July 16.


Alberto Quintero Red Card - Rescinded



Additionally, the Panel has rescinded the fine and one game suspension issued to Alberto Quintero after his red card for serious foul play in the 53rd minute of the same game.


San Jose's appeal for review of the two plays was upheld by the Panel, which consists of one representative from the US Soccer Federation, one representative from the Canadian Soccer Association and one representative from the Professional Referee Organization (PRO).

As a result, Godoy and Quintero will be eligible to play in San Jose's next match against Real Salt Lake on Friday, July 29 (11 pm ET; UniMƔs in the US, MLS LIVE in Canada).
