Signed an MLS contract with Toronto FC on March 2… Part of the TFC roster that won the MLS Cup, the Supporters’ Shield and the Canadian Championship… Finished tied for second on the team with six assists in the regular season, appearing in 21 games, including 10 starts, and 1,058 minutes of play… Recorded three game-winning assists…  Registered his first career assist in MLS on March 18 against Vancouver… Also scored his first career MLS goal on July 30 against New York City FC… Played his first career MLS playoff game on November 21 against Columbus… Recorded two assists in three Canadian Championship games… Also started one game with Toronto FC II, in the USL… Selected by LAFC with the fifth pick in the 2017 MLS Expansion Draft, on December 12, before being traded to the Impact with Jukka Raitala in exchange for Laurent Ciman.
