Portland Timbers owner Merritt Paulson fined $100,000 for conduct directed at referees

Major League Soccer Commissioner Don Garber announced Friday that Portland Timbers owner Merritt Paulson has been fined $100,000 for misconduct directed at match officials on the field following the Timbers' match against the New England Revolution on September 25.
