out due to red cards. Andre Rocha (DAL) -- out due to yellow card accumulation.
Tip(s) of the week: Some players will be playing for their national team in their qualifiers this week, but will be coming back to play in their weekend games. Houston and San Jose play twice this week.
This week's Top XI for points:
Goalkeeper: Pat Onstad (HOU). The 40-year-old Canadian international has two home games this week. Look for the two-time MLS Goalkeeper of the Year to get at least his seventh clean sheet of the season in one of those games.
Defender: Bobby Boswell (HOU). With two home games this week, one against a San Jose team that has only scored seven goals in 13 away games, look for the 2006 MLS Best XI member to help Onstad get a shutout this week.
Defender: Jimmy Conrad (KC). The California native continues to accumulate goals, in addition to helping Hartman achieve his three clean sheets in his last five games. Playing at home against San Jose this week, look for Jimmy to continue his stellar play.
Defender: Marvell Wynne (TOR). When a defender has an offensive hot streak like Wynne has right now, stay with him. Look for the first overall pick in the 2006 MLS SuperDraft to continue his streak (two goals, two assists in last three games) with a home game against Chicago.
Midfielder: Javier Morales (RSL). Morales, who has played most of his professional career in Argentina's Primera Division, is a true No. 10. Look for him to add to his six goals and 13 assists with a home game against FC Dallas.
Midfielder: Brian Mullan (HOU). Mullan and his teammates have scored 25 goals in 13 home games this season. With two home games this week, look for the 30-year-old with the nonstop motor to add to his three goals and five assists.
Midfielder: Arturo Alvarez (SJ). The 23-year-old U.S. youth international veteran has played well since he went to San Jose in a trade after the ninth game of the season. With two games this week, the Houston native has a chance to add to his six goals and five assists he has on the season.
Midfielder: Sacha Kljestan (CHV). Now a mainstay on the U.S. national team, the fifth overall pick in the 2006 MLS SuperDraft has played well in MLS this season. Playing at home this week, look for the California native to add to his five goals and seven assists.
Forward: Darren Huckerby (SJ). The Englishman has been a big reason for San Jose's improvement from the beginning of the season. The 32-year-old will have two chances to add to his six goals and four assists with games against Houston and Kansas City this week.
Forward: Brian Ching (HOU). Coming back from playing with the U.S. national team, and scoring a goal against Cuba Saturday, look for the Gonzaga product to add to his 12 goals and five assists with two home games this week.
Forward: Juan Pablo Angel (NY). The former Aston Villa player has fought back from the injuries that plagued him earlier in the season. With a home game, where the Red Bulls have scored 27 goals in 14 games, against Columbus this week, look for the Red Bulls designated player to add to his 11 goals he has on the season.
