Don't try and tell us there's not quality soccer being played — and stunning goals being scored — in the college game.
Last week it was University of Buffalo's Russell Cicerone with a midfield lob to win a game in double overtime. What an opportunistic strike that was.
This week it's North Carolina State University sophomore midfielder Michael Bajza who decided to cash in his 15 minutes of internet fame after scoring a stunning volley from 30 yards out.
To add extra style points, Bajza made things slightly more difficult for himself by setting up the volley with a cushioned header, rather than the typical, boring chest trap.
