2018 (Philadelphia): After a trialist period, Przybylko signed with the Union ahead of the MLS Roster Freeze on September 14, 2018, but did not appear for the club in 2018.
2017-18: (1. FC Kaiserslautern): Przybylko missed most of the season while recovering from a foot injury. He made one league appearance for Kaiserslautern, and three additional appearances for their second team.
2016-17 (1. FC Kaiserslautern): Battling a foot injury, Przybylko appeared 14 times for Kaiserslautern in his second season with the team, scoring twice and adding two assists.
2015-16 (1. FC Kaiserslautern): Przybylko played his first season for 1. FC Kaiserslautern, appearing 30 times in the 2. Bundesliga (seven goals, one assist) while also playing twice in the DFB-Pokal.
2014-15 (Greuther Fürth): Permanently moving to Greuther Fürth, Przybylko made 32 2. Bundesliga appearances, scoring five goals and assisting on four others. He also appeared once in the DFB-Pokal.
2013-14 (1. FC Köln/Arminia Bielefeld): The striker started the year in Köln, making eight appearances for the side, before returning to Bielefeld on loan to close out the year. He scored two goals in his first match back at the team, vs. FC St. Pauli (February 9, 2014), and finished the year with 14 appearances for his hometown club.
2012-13 (1. FC Köln): Przybylko made 15 appearances for Köln's first team in the 2. Bundesliga, scoring once, while also scoring 11 times and adding seven assists for their reserves. He also made two appearances in the DFB-Pokal.
2011-12 (Arminia Bielefeld/1. FC Köln): After a lengthy youth career at his hometown club, Arminia Bielefeld, he debuted for the first team in the 3. Bundesliga, making two appearances. Midway through the year, he moved to 1. FC Köln, where he scored 10 goals in 17 matches for their reserves
