I’m writing today to let you know that, as part of the extended partnership between Major League Soccer and Univision, FutbolMLS.com has joined Univision's digital platform.
FutbolMLS, MLS's exclusive Spanish-language content platform, will now be found at MLS.Univision.com. But don't worry, you won't have to change your bookmarks or your memory banks -- you will still be able to type in FutbolMLS.com and you will be redirected to the new experience.
On the new FutbolMLS, you will find all your favorite content, such as the "Lo Bueno, Lo Malo y Lo Bomba" column and our podcast "Tiro Libre Radio,” and plenty of new features as we continue to provide you with the best Spanish-language coverage of MLS and the North American soccer scene anywhere. Here are some of the features:
- New design and platform with navigation in Spanish;
- News, videos, schedule, results and standings in Spanish;
- Matchcenter for all 2015 MLS games, with play-by-play, highlights, and stats;
- Live Streaming of MLS games in Spanish and English.
All the content will also be available in the Univision Deportes mobile app.
Obviously, it’s important to remember that the new FutbolMLS is still a work in progress. It's an evolution, not a revolution. That means that you will see tweaks being made constantly as we — the editors, the designers, the techies — work to improve your experience every day.
And we've got some special content for you to get going. With the MLS season due to kick off in just a few days, we are rolling out a full Season Guide this week. It is loaded with cool content, including team guides for each MLS club, an exclusive sitdown with Orlando City's Brazilian superstar Kaká, and a Q&A with Sporting KC's Honduran midfielder Roger Espinoza.
