HOUSTON, TX - For the second time in a week, Houston Dynamo defeated Chivas USA on Tuesday, March 8, in a game shortened to allow Chivas players to rest up for a second scrimmage during the day.
Brian Ching and Alejandro Moreno scored for Houston Dynamo in the 28th and 69th minute. Houston is now 3-3 during pre-season play, and will be heading to Charleston, South Carolina, next week to wrap up its exhibition season, where they will face the Charleston Battery, D.C. United, and the New York Red Bulls.
DYNAMO MINUS ONE
Houston Dynamo forward Brian Davis will be out for the next few days. Davis is currently in Germany, where he will undergo surgery for a sports hernia he suffered last week. Davis is expected to recover without problems, and join the team in South Carolina sometime next week.
