Toronto FC wrap up their week in Florida by facing New York Red Bulls in Bradenton on Friday afternoon. They will play two games of 25 minutes each way. The action gets underway at 3:00 p.m.
"We trained Friday morning and now we will be playing two games against the Red Bulls," said TFC coach John Carver. "Because we have so many players we have decided to play two games with 25 minutes each way. That helps us because it allows nearly every player to get a maximum 50 minutes, so all 22 players we have with us here should get a good run out."
It is Toronto's third game of the week in Bradenton. They kicked off with a 2-1 win against the U.S. Under 20s on Sunday and were then beaten 1-0 by Chcago Fire on Tuesday. The Reds return to Toronto on Saturday.
