The MLS Disciplinary Committee has ruled on two incidents from Week 23 of the MLS regular season, issuing one suspension and another set of fines.

Toye violent conduct

The Disciplinary Committee has issued an additional game suspension (two games total) to Minnesota United forward Mason Toye for spitting at an opponent in the second half of Minnesota's match against FC Dallas on Aug. 10. Toye has also been fined an undisclosed amount. Toye will serve the first game of his suspension on Wednesday against the Colorado Rapids and the second game on Saturday against Orlando City.

Since it is Seattle's third violation this season, the organization and Brian Schmetzer have been fined undisclosed amounts for their actions.
