Major League Soccer Launches Second Screen Watch Along For Tonight's El Tráfico Match on FOX

Interactive Experience Will Be Hosted by Gaming Personality and Will Reward Fans Watching the Rivalry Match

NEW YORK, N.Y. – Saturday, May 8, 2021 – Prior to tonight’s highly-anticipated match designated as “el tráfico derby” at 8:05 p.m. ET on FOX, kickoff programming begins at 7:30 p.m. ET, Major League Soccer announced it will provide an enhanced second screen fan experience through a Watch Along on Twitch. The stream, which will be hosted by a prominent gaming personality, can be viewed on mlssoccer.com/watchalong.  

The Watch Along will be hosted by Nick Bartels, known in the gaming community as Nick RunTheFUTMarket. During the Watch Along, viewers will be able to answer polls and trivia in real time through Sport Buff, an extension that gamifies the viewer experience. Questions will range from match specific to more general entertainment. Fans will receive points for correct answers and top eligible finishers will win prizes from both LAFC and LA Galaxy, including signed jerseys and signed balls.
