Fire set 2010 season ticket renewal plan, 'I fuel the Fire'

The Chicago Fire today announced 2010 season ticket renewal prices for Full Season, Ten Game Plans and Club Seats along with special new benefits for season ticket holders. These plans offer a range of exclusive benefits and access provided only to season tickets holders, such as an enhanced season ticket exchange program, season ticket holder only events, a dedicated Fan Relations Coordinator, Insider Access to fan tunnel and player escort programs for their kids and behind the scenes VIP access to the stadium. Season tickets start as low as $179.


The renewal deadline for 2010 Season Tickets is Friday, October 23rd. By paying in full on or before this date Season Ticket Holders will realize a 5% savings on their 2010 Season Tickets.


Club Seats have been reduced on average by 25% and all Club Seats are offered at one price, $999. Additionally, Club Seat Season Ticket Holders will no longer be subject to a multi-year contract as in past years.


New for 2010 Season Tickets are two interest free payments plans. First, fans can now divide their payment equally over a 6 month time frame and not incur interest or service charges. Second, fans have the additional option of making a 50% deposit by the renewal deadline of Friday, October 23rd with the balance due on Thursday, December 10th. This option is also offered without interest or service charges.


Also new for 2010 are significant upgrades to the sold-out Safeway Insurance Skyway area at TOYOTA PARK. In 2010, Safeway Insurance Skyway season tickets holders will now be provided with a 20 game package including all 15 regular season MLS home games, four bonus games, and a Fire first home playoff match, assigned seating, all benefits provided to season tickets holders and access to all exclusive season ticket holder events.

Pricing includes: $179 Safeway Insurance Skyway Premier; $199 Safeway Insurance Skyway Center Circle; $200 Supporters; $360 Firehouse; $480 Corner Kick; $600 Premier; $700 Center Circle; $780 Miller Lite Party Deck; $999 Club; and $3,000 FieldSide "On the Pitch".


Ten Game Plans: Eight regular season MLS home games, fire first home playoff match and one bonus game. Pricing includes: $150 Supporters; $190 Firehouse; $260 Corner Kick; $320 Premier; $430 Center Circle; $430 Miller Lite Party Deck; and $1,750 FieldSide "On the Pitch".


Chicago Fire season ticket holders will be eligible to participate in numerous activities on game day and off the pitch with players, including: the annual Meet the Team event; Pre-game Sideline Watchers; being chosen as a Season Ticket Holder of the Game; joining a celebrity as a game day Flag Raiser; receiving exclusive season ticket holder gifts; participating in post game autograph sessions in the stadium club; and youth soccer clinics on the field, among others.


There are three options in which to renew:

  1. Renew online: Go to www.chicago-fire,com/sth and click on the account manager link and log into an existing season ticket holder account. Follow instructions to renew.


  1. Renew by mail, fax or phone to Chicago Fire: attn: Fan Relations, 7000 S. Harlem Ave, Bridgeview, IL 60455. Invoices can be faxed to 708 496 6050 or renewals can be phoned in to 708 496 6800.


  1. Renew in person: Stop by the renewal table on the northeast concourse behind Section 123 at an upcoming game and a Fan Relations Coordinator will be on hand to assist.


The Chicago Fire will host the San Jose Earthquakes during their 2010 Opening Night at TOYOTA PARK on Saturday, April 10. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. CT. The Fire will start their season on Saturday, March 27, 2010 against the New York Red Bulls in the first-ever MLS match at the new Red Bull Arena. At 6 PM CT (ESPN2/ESPN Deportes).


Many of the changes reflected in the 2010 season ticket renewal plan were generated by feedback received throughout 2009 from Chicago Fire fans.
