One of Peru's standout performers during their impressive Copa America run has Major League Soccer on his radar, reports Depor.com

Renato Tapia was an ever-present figure at the base of Peru's midfield as they surprised observers by advancing to the tournament's final, where they fell 3-1 to host nation Brazil on Sunday, and now he's fielding offers from Europe, Mexico, the Middle East and MLS, according to his agent.

Currently on the books at Feyenoord but fresh off a loan stint at Willem II, Tapia, 23, has played his club soccer in the Netherlands since 2013 and has one year remaining on his current contract.

"For now I can not give details of any kind of negotiation, the only thing I can say is that we have not reached any agreement with any club, although we have received proposals from Europe, Mexico, MLS, Arabia," Tapia's agent Carlos Gonzales told ESPN Mexico. "We will just evaluate these proposals together with Renato, taking into account that he has just finished his participation in Copa America, he has a Feyenoord contract for one more year and, for the moment, all the planning is with Feyenoord, owner of his rights."

A defensive midfield who can also play multiple roles along the back line, Tapia has worked alongside former Orlando City midfielder Yoshi Yotun in many of his recent Peru appearances. He was also a member of the nation's 2018 World Cup squad.
