Maybe it wasn't a Halloween costume per se -- but for one day, at least, Cristian Roldan's ride was painted up like it belonged to a Stanford fan, after the Seattle Sounders midfielder lost a bet to teammate and Cardinal alum Jordan Morris.
The two made the bet ahead of the Oct. 19 match between Stanford and Washington, Roldan's college side -- and on Monday, after the Cardinal won 2-1, Roldan paid off.
And there were pics, so it did happen.
Apparently, Roldan publicizing the temporary paint scheme wasn't part of the deal. There was nary a peep from his social media feeds about the paid bet.
