Zlatan knows what he wants. And that is to play in the United States.

At least that's what Zlatan Ibrahimovic told Yahoo Sports on Thursday: "I would like to play in US, absolutely."

The Paris Saint-Germain star is in the US on tour with PSG during the International Champions Cup. The team beat Fiorentina at Red Bull Arena on Tuesday night and will face Chelsea and Manchester United before heading back to France for the start of the Ligue 1 season.

Ibrahimovic's contract with the French champions is set to expire at the end of the season, meaning a move to MLS could be coming as soon as next summer.

"I think it would be an amazing experience," Ibrahimovic said of playing in MLS. "I see that soccer is growing a lot in US I mean, I was here 10 years ago [and] soccer was not on the level that it is today, but it's growing. It's growing in the right direction and I want it to be on the level of Europe. It will come here."

But what team would he join? His guess is as good as anyone else's.

"I would like to play," he said. "Which team? Am I allowed to say that? No, I cannot say that."

Ibrahimovic is a Swedish soccer legend, having scored 56 goals for his national team. At the club level, he has played for some of the biggest clubs in the world and has won an incredible 10 league titles across his stops in the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and France. He scored 30 goals for PSG across all competitions in 2014-15 as they won Ligue 1, the Coupe de France and the Coupe de la Ligue.
