World Cup: Berti Vogts to advise USMNT coach Jurgen Klinsmann at half of Ghana match

US national team special advisor Berti Vogts' work continues, and he'll be counted on to provide input to head coach Jurgen Klinsmann during the Ghana game itself.

Klinsmann spoke about Vogts' role with the team in Brazil during a press conference in Natal on Sunday ahead of the USMNT's World Cup opener against Ghana on Monday (6 pm ET, ESPN/Univision).

"He will sit up in the stands. He will observe. He will come down in the locker room after the first half and we will have a chat," Klinsmann explained. "If we have to adjust things, we will adjust it.”

“We are very blessed to have Berti Vogts advising us over these two months, having him on the side evaluating our opponents and talking about tactical things is just a blessing," he continued.
