The captain of the Mexican National Team, Herrera joins the Dynamo after one of the most successful European soccer spells for a player from his national. A key contributorin Atlético de Madrid's La Liga title, Herrera was a regular feature in the UEFA Champions League in his time in the Spanish capitol.
