CARSON, Calif. --
Tee off with your favorite LA Galaxy players including David Beckham, Edson Buddle and Landon Donovan during the Seventh Annual "Day on the Links" Golf Tournament on Monday, October 20 at the Industry Hills Golf Club at Pacific Palms Resort. This year's tournament will be played on the Eisenhower Course, a par 72 course that has attracted golfers from around the world. Only a few spots remain in one of the Galaxy Foundation's most anticipated events of the year, so be sure to secure a spot for yourself or your foursome by registering today.
Participants will be placed in foursomes with Galaxy players and coaches for a day of fun on the links. Registration starts at 10 a.m. and all participants being given the opportunity to enjoy beverages from Jamba Juice and Coffee Bean and enter a putting contest, as well as the chance to fine tune their swing on the driving range before the main event gets underway.
The tournament will begin at 11 a.m. with a shotgun scramble and lunch sponsored by Farmer John and Chick-fil-A, City of Industry, during which players will have the chance to win a series of prizes, including a TaylorMade driver and putter, watches from Nooka Inc. and adidas and much more. In addition, all golfers will visit the Budweiser Photo & Beer Stops, a wine tasting hole sponsored by E & J Gallo Winery, and a Jose Cuervo tequila tasting hole.
Following their round, all participants are invited to the Awards Dinner emceed by Mark Rogondino of FSN West, as well as the silent auction and raffle, which begins at 5 p.m. at the Industry Hills Golf Course Clubhouse.

The event's proceeds will benefit the Los Angeles Galaxy Foundation's many outreach programs, including Kicks for Kids, where Galaxy tickets are donated to organizations benefiting disadvantaged children, the annual Foundations' Feast, serving 200 underprivileged youth a Thanksgiving meal and the Holiday Assist Program, where the Galaxy Foundation makes and distributes teddy bears to kids in the hospital and hosts a holiday party for children in need.
