Los Ticos retain their top spot despite not moving up in the rankings, remaining at No. 15. The US national team moved up one spot to No. 17 after defeating Czech Republic in Prague on September 3. Sandwiched in between the two countries is Mexico, who defeated Bolivia and drew with Chile in friendlies over the September FIFA date.
