Bob Bradley’s first comments as Swansea City manager hit the internet on Wednesday, when the English Premier League club published a video interview with the American manager after he was hired to lead the Welsh team on Monday.
Bradley is the first American ever hired to lead an EPL club. He commented on a variety of topics in the interview, including whether or not moving to the Premier League marks the pinnacle of his lengthy managerial career.
“The Premier League is absolutely what every manager in the world thinks about and wants to try to taste,” he said. “You look at some of the people who are managing in the Premier League right now, and I’m really excited to come and work in the best league and try to make sure that every time we step on the field our football speaks for itself.”
