The New York Red Bulls got most of the plaudits coming out of Week 12, and rightly so after thrashing New York City FC, but FC Dallas also scored a huge win over the weekend.

Led by Tesho Akindele and Kellyn Acosta, Dallas went on the road and defeated the New England Revolution 4-2. Akindele scored two goals, while Acosta provided assists on two goals.

They scored four at Foxborough despite the fact that they were missing attacking stalwarts Mauro Diaz and Maximiliano Urruti and held onto their second-place position in the Western Conference.
