Zlatan Ibrahimovic questions? LAFC's Bob Bradley is not entertaining them

Bob Bradley - LAFC - October 23, 2019

It's the playoffs. El Trafico. LAFC vs. LA Galaxy. Zlatan Ibrahimovic vs. Carlos Vela

But don't try to bait Bob Bradley, the freshly named Sigi Schmid MLS Coach of the Year, into talking about the other player on that other team ahead of their Western Conference Semifinal on Thursday night (10:30 pm ET on ESPN, ESPN Deportes, TSN4, TVAS).

"When Barcelona plays Real Madrid I don't know how many questions Barcelona gets about Cristiano Ronaldo. But probably they didn't answer many of them. Alright? And I'm not answering any of them. So there we go."

Listen to Bradley's comments at 3:48 of the video from his media scrum below:

Bradley was asked about Zlatan just one question before his pronouncement that he would not be entertaining them any more. Here's how he responded when asked whether the personalities of Ibrahimovic and Vela are mirrored by their teams:

"I don't know Zlatan. I know there's a persona there, but I don't know the guy. Until I get to know somebody, and see him and talk to him and find out what they're like with their teammates and inside, I don't have any opinions."

Bradley did provide an injury update ahead of Thursday's match: influential central midfielder Mark-Anthony Kaye is doubtful for the match, while center back Walker Zimmerman will be available.
