The Mexican Football Federation released their final 23-man roster for the 2015 CONCACAF Gold Cup on Friday, and their big stars will be part of the team contending for the title in the United States.

A total of 11 players based in Europe made the final roster, including forwards Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez and Giovani Dos Santos, who have both had considerable Gold Cup success in the past, as well as striker Carlos Vela, who returned to the national team set-up late last year after spending several years away.

Other notable players on the final roster include forward Oribe Peralta, who scored the winning goal for Mexico in the gold medal game at the 2012 London Olympics, and longtime El Tri stalwarts Hector Moreno, Guillermo Ochoa, Francisco Rodriguez and Andres Guardado.

The player who could be the surprise of the tournament is 22-year-old winger Jesus "Tecatito" Corona, who plays professionally in the Netherlands for Twente and impressed last season.

Mexico, one of the favorites of the tournament, will face Guatemala, Trinidad and Tobago and Cuba in Group C action. Their first game comes July 9 against Cuba at Soldier Field in Chicago.
