Vote now for MLS Save of the Week: Week 32

The goals were flying in from left, right and center throughout a raucous weekend of MLS action, but let's not sell the goalkeepers short: There were a bevy of sublime saves made across the league to keep the scorelines from growing even bigger.

The best moments of two dazzling invididual performances from Sean Johnson – who stood on his head to deny D.C. United and help the Chicago Fire pick up three important points on Friday – and Donovan Ricketts, Sunday's hero for the Portland Timbers against the Vancouver Whitecaps, have made the latest Save of the Week list.

Also in the running: an impressive block by Toronto FC's Joe Bendik from Saturday's taut contest at Philadelphia, and a superb effort from Clint Irwin in the Colorado Rapids' 5-1 spanking of Seattle, a stunning result which would have been even worse for the visiting team had Michael Gspurning not produced a top-class block of his own.
