A native of Trinidad, Sealy has made 12 appearances for the Trinidad and Tobago National Team. He scored a goal in his first appearance in a Trinidad and Tobago uniform on June 20, 2004 against the Dominican Republic. Sealy also played in several World Cup qualifying matches in 2005.

The top two teams from each of the three groups will advance to the final hexagonal stage, where three teams will qualify directly to South Africa 2010.
