Orlando City SC have reportedly tapped Colombia as they continue to build their roster ahead of their inaugural MLS season.

A report in the Orlando Sentinel citing anonymous sources has OCSC signing winger/forward Carlos Rivas and defensive midfielder Cristian Higuita, both of Deportivo Cali, pending the necessary paperwork. Higuita hinted at the signing Thursday night, tweeting out a picture of the two players in Orlando City gear.

The Sentinel story cites reports out of Colombia that have the 20-year-old Rivas, who led Cali with 12 goals in 29 league games this season, being signed as OCSC’s third Designated Player, joining existing DPs in Brazilian star Kaká and Honduran Bryan Róchez.

The 20-year-old Higuita started 10 games this past season and scored two goals. He’s also been a mainstay in the Colombian youth national team ranks, most recently playing with their Under-21 team in June 2013. He was also part of the Under-20 side that won the South American U-20 championship that same year.
