From the start of MLS in 1996, Latino players have had a huge impact on the league, with the arrival of legends like Carlos "El Pibe" Valderrama, Marco Etcheverry, and continuing to the present day with the likes of recent MLS MVP winners Carlos Vela and Josef Martinez. As part of the league's 25th season celebrations, MLS Español caught up with some of the greats to talk about their role in the growth of the league for this new video feature El Toque Latino.


The feature includes interviews with current and former MLS stars, including Vela, Martinez, Herculez Gomez, and former LA Galaxy head coach and Columbus Crew SC legend Guillermo Barros Schelotto.
