Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez, Chris Wondolowski get in shoving match during Cali Clasico fracas

It didn’t take long for Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez to get acclimated to the Cali Clasico with the LA Galaxy star getting into a physical altercation with San Jose Earthquakes legend Chris Wondolowski early in the second half Saturday night at Earthquakes Stadium.

The incident started with Nick Lima and Joe Corona colliding on a sliding 50/50 challenge. Jackson Yueill took exception with Corona after he pushed Lima's head, Cristian Pavon shoved Yeuill, Wondolowski went after Pavon and Chicharito raced in to defend him teammate, all while the car horns blared from fans watching on a large screen outside Earthquakes Stadium— 2020 y’all.

Referee Robert Sibiga went to the monitor, but only brandished yellow cards to Corona and Yueill.
