The MLS Disciplinary Committee has issued fines to two players following Week 31 of the MLS regular season.


Gyau failure to leave the field

The Disciplinary Committee has fined FC Cincinnati midfielder Joseph-Claude Gyau an undisclosed amount for failure to leave the field in a timely manner after his red card in the 43rd minute of Cincinnati's game against D.C. United on Oct. 6.


Castellanos simulation/embellishment

The Disciplinary Committee has found New York City FC midfielder Valentin Castellanos guilty of simulation/embellishment. As a result, Castellanos has been fined an undisclosed amount for the incident, which took place in the 37th minute of NYCFC's match against Philadelphia on Oct. 6.
