After back-to-back wins, FC Cincinnati will look for a third straight win for the first time in their first MLS season when they host a D.C. United squad that have won just once in their last nine games in the first meeting between the Eastern Conference sides Thursday night at Nippert Stadium.

FC Cincy (5-13-2) scored early and late to defeat the Chicago Fire, 2-1, Saturday at SeatGeek Stadium. Allan Cruz scored the club's fastest MLS goal 45 seconds after kickoff and after Nico Gaitan leveled on the rebound of his own saved penalty kick, Fanendo Adi stuck for his first goal in MLS in an FCC jersey with the 83rd-minute winner.

D.C. United (8-5-8) rallied from a two-goal deficit to draw 10-man New England, 2-2, at Audi Field Friday night. Teal Bunbury and Carles Gil gave the Revs a 2-0 lead inside the opening 32 minutes before Leo Jara pulled the Black-and-Red to within a goal two minutes before halftime. After Wilfried Zahibo was sent off on his second bookable offense, Quincy Amarikwa equalized in the 86th minute.
