After a midweek win over Real Salt Lake, the Montreal Impact are trying to win a second straight game at Stade Saputo and sweep a regular-season series when they host Orlando City SC Saturday.

The Impact (7-6-3) rode the momentum of a rare first-half goal to defeat Real Salt Lake, 2-1, Wednesday night. Omar Browne gave the hosts the lead in first-half stoppage time, their first goal in the opening 45 minutes of a game since doing so against Orlando 13 games earlier. Saphir Taider added a penalty kick in the 68th minute before Sam Johnson cut RSL's deficit in half six minutes from full time. The bad news, though, is that the Impact will be without star Ignacio Piatti for 8-12 weeks with another knee injury.

Orlando (4-7-3) suffered a fourth defeat in their last five games, dropping a 1-0 decision to the LA Galaxy with Jonathan dos Santos scoring the lone goal in the 19th minute.

The Impact defeated the Lions, 3-1, in the first meeting this season with Piatti scoring a brace after Orji Okwonkwo gave the visitors the lead in the 14th minute.
