Portland can fully upend derby rivals Vancouver with a win in Sunday's big Decision Day showdown (4 pm ET | TSN1; MLS LIVE in US). With a victory on Sunday, the Timbers can win the West and clinch their first Cascadia Cup crown since 2012. PREVIEW


Meanwhile, just up I-5, Seattle will be trying to secure a top-two finish in the West when they host Colorado for a Sunday duel (4 pm ET | MLS LIVE). A Portland-Vancouver draw allows the Sounders a shot at the crown, but the Rapids – who have already thrown a wrench into the playoff hopes of FC Dallas and Real Salt Lake – have taken two of the last three CenturyLink Field meetings. Toronto FC invade Atalanta


Supporters' Shield winners Toronto FC will close the regular season with a Sunday visit to an Atlanta United side aiming to claim second in the East in front of an expected record crowd (4 pm ET | TSN4; MLS LIVE in US). The teams played out a see-saw 2-2 draw in their only prior meeting. PREVIEW


Though they've already secured home field advantage throughout the playoffs, Reds coach Greg Vanney – who has coached his team to the precipice of MLS's single-season points record – is expecting the perfect playoff dress rehearsal in facing a hungry Atlanta side and their record-breaking home crowd. In a Decision Day game (4 pm ET | MLS LIVE) moved to Citi Field, New York City FC and visiting Columbus are vying for the East's second Knockout Round bye. The visitors will want to clamp down on NYCFC's star duo of Jack Harrison and David Villa, who have combined for seven goals and two assists in the last four meetings between these clubs. PREVIEW

It will be the 38th and final clash between the two teams at RFK, which will be replaced as United's home by Audi Field next season. PREVIEW
