Italian forward Alberto Gilardino (photo above) is training with the Impact this week, per reports from Canadian soccer pundit Anthony Totera, TSN's Joey Alfieri and Goal.com's Nick Sabetti. Per Alfieri, the 35-year-old Gilardino, who is tied for ninth all-time in Serie A's scoring charts and was a 2006 World Cup winner, is not on trial with the club ("yet") and just getting in shape on his own.
