Now, Lupe Fiasco has taken to Twitter to lobby US national team star Jermaine Jones to join the rapper's hometown Chicago Fire.
Jones was linked to Chicago last week, with the midfielder reportedly turning down the Fire's offer, while head coach Frank Yallop said the club was waiting to hear back from Jones.
