Castrol Index Weekly Top 20: Colorado Rapids' Clint Irwin pulls out the stops to get to No. 1

Fireworks were on display at several MLS stadiums this past week. And we're not just talking about the ones in the sky.

Though a late miscue from his teammates prevented him from picking up a clean sheet, Colorado Rapids' goalkeeper Clint Irwin grabbed the top spot in the Castrol Index Weekly Top 20 for Week 17, in the Rapids' 1-1 draw against the Columbus Crew on Friday. In all, Irwin racked up seven saves on the night.

Rounding out the Top 5 are a pair of Sporting Kansas City players, Aurelien Collin (No. 2) and Dom Dwyer (No. 3), following their side's 1-1 draw against the Chicago Fire on Sunday. The opposing goalkeeper in that match, Sean Johnson, grabbed No. 4 for the week, and Ethan Finlay, who pounced on the Rapids' miscue in the Crew's draw, took No. 5 for Week 17.
