MLS Disciplinary Committee suspends Toronto FC's Jackson, Portland Timbers' Donovan Ricketts for one game

NEW YORK – The MLS Disciplinary Committee has suspended Toronto FC midfielder Jackson one game and fined him an undisclosed amount for aggressive inflammatory behavior toward D.C. United midfielder Davy Arnaud in the 50th minute of TFC's 1-0 win over United on March 22 (video above).

The Committee has also suspended Portland Timbers goalkeeper Donovan Ricketts one additional game and fined him an undisclosed amount for serious foul play that endangers the safety of an opponent against Colorado Rapids forward Deshorn Brown in the 68th minute of Colorado's 2-0 win over Portland on March 22 (VIDEO).



The Committee has also fined Columbus Crew forward Federico Higuain an undisclosed amount for simulation in the eighth minute of the team's 2-1 win against the Philadelphia Union on March 22 (VIDEO).
