 The New York Red Bulls announced a donation starting at $250,000 to the American Red Cross, The Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund and The Mayor's Fund for NYC Hurricane Relief to help local relief efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. Read more.

 The fine moustachery cropping on the upper lips of men across the world is not a coincidence. Movember has officially begun, which means men are selflessly offering their upper lips to raise money for men's health. Whitecaps FC has also joined in the campaign and are taking part in a friendly mo growing competition with many other clubs across Major League Soccer to raise funds for men's health initiatives.
